Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Intern at Aspire, you’ll work closely with the Director of Information Security to maintain a secure and scalable IT environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing platforms like Google Workspace, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Administering Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoints
- Supporting office networks, firewalls, and Unifi door access systems
- Troubleshooting PCs, printers, Wi-Fi, and hardware
- Assisting in onboarding/offboarding employees
- Writing IT documentation (FAQs, guides) on Notion and Confluence
- Automating tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be based in Bengaluru or Gurugram
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering or related field
- Good knowledge of Mac/Windows operating systems
- Basic scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Strong English communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AWS, 1Password, Notion, Slack
- Experience with Google Workspace, Azure AD, Jira, Intune
- Exposure to Linux systems and command-line tools
- Basic understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
- Bonus: GitHub profile or technical blog
