Job Role: QA Analyst-ProdDev
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience: Freshers / 0-2 years

Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, and SQL
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Eggplant
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Unix and SQL commands (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with remote teams across different time zones
Job Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium and other automation tools
- Perform manual and automation testing for software applications
- Conduct REST/SOAP API testing to ensure seamless integration
- Identify and resolve bugs during the development phase to prevent production issues
- Work closely with product management, development, and testing teams to improve software quality
- Analyze requirements, develop test plans, and participate in test coverage reviews
- Familiarity with configuration and test frameworks such as Selenium, Git, ALM, and Jenkins
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, including accessibility, language upgrades, and performance testing
