Job Responsibilities:
- Follow SOPs and predefined test cases for software builds across multiple platforms.
- Identify and report defects and failures observed during testing.
- Ensure the security and maintenance of company assets and devices used in operations.
- Understand and apply testing procedures, guidelines, and policies for new devices.
- Use software tools for validation, data capture, and analysis daily.
- Capture and communicate test results, escalate failures, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Identify improvements to enhance productivity, defect tracking, and quality metrics.
