About the Role
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing solutions to their queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level resolution to customer issues via calls, chat, or email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by showing empathy, using positive language, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Build rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the service management system.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate support.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and customer service skills.
- Work in US shift timings and complete client-specific training programs.

- Qualification: Any Graduate.
