Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer at Emerson, you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and developing software features in .NET technologies
- Debugging, analyzing, and fixing software issues
- Writing usable documentation and test procedures
- Collaborating directly with clients for deployment and validation
- Exploring AI/ML integration into existing LMS suite
- Working with cross-functional teams to optimize automation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 0 to 2 years of experience in software development
- Strong programming knowledge in:
- .NET Stack
- C#, ASP.NET
- HTML/5, JavaScript
- MS SQL Server & Transact-SQL
- Good communication skills, especially in client-facing situations
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Bonus/Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Experience in developing ML models and deploying them
- Understanding of cloud-based AI/ML platforms (Azure, AWS SageMaker, etc.)
- Knowledge of pipeline operations or oil & gas domain is a plus
