✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions
- Guide platform-wide projects across Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ
- Collaborate with stakeholders on best practices for system configuration, deployment, and security
- Configure and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem (flows, approval processes, data loader, etc.)
- Lead QA, UAT, and Go-Live activities
- Drive integration with ERP and third-party systems
- Train and mentor junior admins or analysts on Salesforce best practices
- Use tools like Copado and version control systems for automated deployment
- Identify process gaps and recommend system improvements
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce BA/Admin roles, especially with CPQ
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning, Record Types)
- Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Advanced Approvals
- Integration tools and data migration tools (Workbench, Dataloader.io)
- Agile methodology and Scrum practices
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and Order-to-Cash processes is a plus
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
- Experience with automated deployment tools like Copado is highly preferred
